Our plan of cares start at $1180 for 2-3 months of working with a therapist at Bodyful, depending on your needs, medical history, and severity of symptoms. If you are ready to receive relevant education (stop with Dr. Google!), therapeutic touch, movement training, and can commit to a daily home practice (starting at 5 minutes a day), then you will feel significantly less symptomatic within that time frame. You deserve to enjoy your pelvic health! We also offer somatic approaches to touch and movement and Pilates as a resource for supportive wellness and unfolding care.

Yes! If your pelvic floor is too tight or not coordinated, it can create difficulty evacuating stool.
