Work with a holistic pelvic floor physical therapist or a pelvic pain specialist
We have extensive experience working with various pain presentations.
Integrative care for chronic pelvic pain
When muscles are tight from pain, the restricted blood flow and decreased mobility contributes to the pain experience.
Nerves need blood flow, they need to move well, and they need space.
Pelvic floor physical therapy can help to feel significant improvements in symptoms within 2-3 months of working with us. Learn more about our services.

Want to know how long it may take to train your body and how much the total cost may be? A typical plan of care starts at $1180 for 2-3 months of working with a therapist at Bodyful, depending on your needs, medical history, and severity of symptoms. This is not a package, it is an estimate. If you are ready to receive relevant education (no more Dr. Google!), therapeutic touch, movement training, and can commit to a daily home practice (starting at 5 minutes a day), then you will feel significantly less symptomatic within that time frame. You deserve to enjoy your pelvic health! We also offer somatic approaches to touch and movement and Pilates as resources for supportive wellness and unfolding care.

Yes! If your pelvic floor is too tight or not coordinating well with pushing and breathing, you may have difficulty pooping.
-

-
In many ways! Depending on your symptoms, we teach pelvic floor relaxation exercises, dynamic posture support for improved digestion and pooping, internal pelvic floor therapy, visceral fascial mobilization, and pelvic health education uniquely relevant for you.
