Pelvic floor physical therapy expertise and treatment
Holistic and skillful pelvic floor therapy you deserve.
Diagnoses treated
Pelvic Pain
We help with the pain and pelvic floor dysfunction associated with dysmenorrhea, uterine fibroids, endometriosis, adenomyosis, pelvic inflammatory disease, interstitial cystitis, and other pelvic pain during period.
When muscles are tight from pain, the restricted blood flow and decreased mobility contributes to the pain experience.
When we determine if your pelvic floor muscles and abdominals are contributing to your pain with activities, and we are part of your healthcare team, you can expect significant improvements within 2-3 months of working with us.
Pudendal neuralgia, other pelvic nerve pain:
Nerves need blood flow, they need to move well, and they need space. We can diagnosis if your symptoms are due to tension in the nerves, compression on the nerves, or if it is referred pain from somewhere else in your body.
Once we have determined the source of your symptoms is from your pelvic or perineal nerves, expect significant progress within 6 months.
Other diagnoses that can be a combination of pelvic floor muscle pain and nervous system sensitization:
